Selling or sold your second home?
Tax payment could be due within 60 days.
We’ll calculate the tax and complete the return on your behalf for a fixed fee of £199. Take a moment to read through the, “how it works” section below and, once ready, click, “Get Started” to begin submitting your information.
How it works?
You give us the information we need, and we will work out the figures and report your disposal online using the UK property service. Saving you from unnecessary headaches and fines.

What is Capital Gains Tax?
If you sell a property in the UK, you may have to pay Capital Gains Tax if you make a profit (‘gain’) when you sell (‘dispose of’) a property that’s not your main home, for example:
- Second homes
- Buy-to-let properties
- Business premises
- Land
- Inherited property
You may also have to pay CGT on your main home if you lease out part of the property or if it is partly used as a business premises.
How can we help?
It is possible to submit your own Capital Gains Tax form, but you could end up paying too much or too little. Many taxpayers have found submitting the necessary return within 60 days a challenge, given the short timeframe and often find the online reporting system difficult. Since the introduction of the new legislation, HMRC has issued over £1.3m in penalties. We have simplified the process by doing the hard work for you!
Simply complete the form, giving us all the information we need to work out how much CGT you need to pay, based on the income and expenditure on the property. We will then ensure all necessary forms in your Government Gateaway account are completed.
